Ai Helis offers a glorious deep bay of golden sand and shallow crystal clear water gazing out at the tiny islet of Zeus and backed by cliffs. Along the cliff edge are some very exclusive Greek summer homes and holiday villas. The beach offers a small snack bar in high summer as well as sunbeds and parasols for rent and it is popular for beach volley games in the late afternoon. Just inland are a smattering of tavernas, restaurants and a couple of mini markets to choose from all within a few minutes easy stroll along country lanes whilst the larger supermarkets are just a short drive away. The front door has a width of 90cm and other doors that access the pool area are 3m wide. Paths from the villa to the pool are 1m wide, the grounds are flat but there is step access to outside from all doors and the pool has roman steps to enter. Inside there are 3 steps to living area. The widest bedroom door on the ground floor is 90cm wide and the widest bathroom door on the ground floor is 80cm wide which is the shower room.
