The only access door in the villa has a width of 80cm. When exiting the villa there is one step down to the covered terrace and another step to the pool. The pool contains five roman steps. The ground is relatively flat. The villa has one ground level where the master bedroom has a door width of 75cm. The bathrooms all have a door width of 70cm.
