The grounds outside the house is steeped (it's in a hill) To access the villa there is a path which is 180cm wide along with 1 step up to the villa itself. The front door has a width of 82cm. The garden area is surrounded by 2 different staircases, from the covert terrace to the pool area (20cm) and the pool are to the garden (13 cm). The pool has roman steps to enter. The widest bedroom door on the ground floor is 80cm wide which is the double room and the widest bathroom door on the ground floor is 80cm wide.
