There are 2 ways to the front door, either via 3 steps or a slightly longer way via a sloping ramp with one 10cm steps. This is the same as getting to the pool area. The front door has a width of 80cm, whilst the path to the terrace area is 125cm wide. The terrace is tiled and mostly flat. The pool itself has step access. There are no bedrooms on the ground floor.
