The road is hilly/steep to and from the villa. To access the villa there is a path which is 85cm wide alongside 6 steps. The front door has a width of 81cm, whilst the door to the terrace is also 81cm wide. The path to the poolside is 220cm wide. The poolside is open plan, however there are a number of steps from the patio area to the poolside. The pool itself has step access. Overall, there are lots of steps around this property. The ground floor double bedroom has a door width of 70cm, whilst the shower room door is 63cm wide. There are 17 steps to the first floor lounge and kitchen.
