To access the villa there is a path which is 158cm wide, leading to 2 steps to the front door. The lounge and kitchen/dining room doors are 70cm wide, there is a guest WC on the ground floor level. The pool/terrace area can be accessed by the staircase leading down to the lower floor level from the bedroom patio doors, the doors are 70cm wide or accessed from the driveway which has a steep incline leading to 3 steps which are very small and narrow, the path to the pool is 168cm wide. The pool has a ladder, there are no steps. There are no bedrooms or bathrooms on the ground floor level. There are 16 steps leading down to the lower floor level.
