The front door has a width of 80cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 67cm wide. The terrace is open-plan and tiled. There is a step over the doorframe onto the patio, whilst the level changes by 3cm from the tiled area to the artificial grass. The pool itself has step access. The edging around the pool is 5cm high. There are no bedrooms/bathrooms on the ground floor. There are 17 steps to the first floor, where all bedrooms have a door width of 70cm, and the shower room door is 60cm wide.
