To access the villa there is a path which is 395cm wide. The front door has a width of 100cm, whilst the door to the terrace is also 100cm wide. The exteriors are relatively flat, with a small step down into the pool to access the exterior day bed and a small lip over the patio doorframes. The hot tub is sunken. The pool itself has step access. Inside, the first ground floor bedroom door is 77cm wide, whilst the ensuite door is also 77cm wide. There are 19 steps to the first floor.
