A 120cm-wide path leads to the entrance alongside 3 steps, the front door is 110cm wide. Inside, the villa is on a single level. The terrace is accessed through patio doors that are 95cm wide. A 200cm-wide path leads to the pool area. Upon exiting the villa through the patio doors, there is a small 6cm step to the terrace. From the terrace, two additional steps lead down to the paved pool area. The swimming pool is entered via steps.
