To access the villa there is a path which is 90cm wide alongside 14 steps. The front door has a width of 80cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 65cm wide. The terrace is open-plan with crazy paving, which can be uneven in places. There are small paths with short inclines around the terrace. The pool itself has step access. The ground floor double bedroom doors are 75cm wide, and the ensuite doors are 60cm wide. There are 24 steps to the first floor. The door into the kitchen/dining area is 120cm wide and the door into the lounge area is also 120cm wide.
