To access the villa there is a path which is 135cm wide along with 6 steps up to the villa itself. The front door has a width of 83cm and other doors that access the pool area are the patio doors from the lounge which are 80cm wide. Paths from the villa to the pool are 74cm wide and the grounds are flat/tiled. The pool has roman steps with handrail to enter and the property has numerous exterior staircases, plus an interior staircase down to the bedrooms. Inside there are 5 steps up to the conservatory and terrace with the built in BBQ. There are no bedrooms or bathrooms on the ground floor, the nearest are on the first floor which is up 14 steps.
