Please note, the villa is accessed via a road with a slight incline, the finish of road surfaces in Cyprus may be of varying standards. To access the villa there is a 170cm wide path and 6 steps. The front door has a width of 130cm. The door to the terrace is 110cm wide and the terrace around the pool is flat and paved. There is a ladder into the pool. The lounge/kitchen/dining area is open plan. There is 1 bedroom located on the ground floor, with 3 more on the first floor. The ground floor bedroom door is 72cm wide, and the door to the shower room is 60cm wide.
