To access the villa there is a path which is 100cm wide alongside 11 steps. The front door has a width of 73cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 230cm wide. The terrace is flat with wooden decking. The pool itself has ladder access. This is a ground-floor property, however access via external stairs is required. The twin bedroom door is 70cm wide, whilst the shower room door is 60cm wide.
