The villa is accessible from a flat street level, but the villa is located on a hill. The path to the pool area is 100cm wide, the pool itself has ladder access. Inside the villa, the widest bedroom door has a width of 80cm, and the widest bathroom door is 80cm. There are 18 steps to the first floor.
