To access the villa there is a 250cm wide path and 3 steps (there is a ramp, however, there is 1 step from the driveway on to the ramp). The front door has a width of 89cm. The door to the terrace is 132cm wide. There are 4 steps up from the terrace on the villa level to the pool terrace, which is flat and paved, there is a ladder into the pool. The door to the open plan lounge/kitchen area is 89cm wide. All bedrooms are located on the ground floor.
