This stand alone, three bedroom, three bath/shower rooms property is within walking distance of all amenities in Calpe, but it does have off road parking if you wish to hire a car and explore everything the island has to offer. The whitewash villa is air conditioned throughout, on the ground floor you have a bright lounge with indoor dining facilities, which leads through to a fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, from there you have two bedrooms, one double with ensuite, and a twin, a separate bathroom is also available on this floor. The third bedroom is access externally and features a double room and shower ensuite. Outside you have an extensive terrace with the sparkling pool as the main feature, sun loungers surround it, allowing for that complete relaxation under the Spanish sun. Outside also features property a brick-built BBQ and outdoor dining facilities on a covered terrace off the lounge, where you can cook up some local produce and enjoy a bottle of local wine while the sun sets. The lower ground floor annex can be accessed from the terrace, where the bedroom door is 82cm wide, and the shower ensuite door is 71cm wide.
