To access the villa there is a path which is 126cm wide, leading to 1 step to the front door, the front door is 82cm wide. The kitchen/dining room door is 128cm wide, the living area is open plan. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 71cm wide, the path to the pool is 300cm wide. The outside grounds are flat and even. The pool has steps. There are 2 steps leading to the bedrooms and bathrooms.
