The front door has a width of 130cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 130cm wide. Whilst there are no steps to the villa, there is a small lip of approximately 3cm. The terrace is open plane and a mixture of artificial grass and tiles. This is a ground floor property. All bedrooms have a door width of 70cm, whilst all bathrooms have a door width of 60cm.
