The front door has a width of 120cm whilst other access doors have a width of 80cm. The outside is an open tiled terrace which is relatively flat, the pool contains step access. On entering the villa via the other access door, there are seven steps. Inside the villa, there are two steps towards the ground floor bedrooms where the widest bedroom door is 80cm wide and the bathroom door is 70cm wide. There are 14 steps to the first floor, where the bedroom door has a width of 75cm and the bathroom door has a width of 76cm.
