The front door has a width of 88cm and other doors that access the pool area is the hallway door which is 55cm wide and the kitchen door which is 150cm wide. The widest bedroom door on the ground floor is 70cm wide and the widest bathroom door on the ground floor is 70cm wide also. Need to know During the winter period, October – April, temperatures can drop considerably especially in the evening and overnight. Heaters can be added to your booking in the extras page where available. The air conditioning in the first floor sitting room will be present for 2026, 2027 and 2028. As of 2029, the air conditioning unit will be removed. All other air conditioning units will remain the same. For environmental and energy savings, this villa has timed air conditioning to ensure you have air conditioning during the middle of the day and throughout the night. Many resorts are still developing and we have been notified that a previously dormant site located on a neighbouring plot has become active. You may experience some noise disturbance, and the work is visible from some areas of the villa grounds.
