To access the villa there is a path which is 88cm wide. The front door has a width of 88cm, whilst the door to the terrace is also 88cm wide. Overall the terrace is uneven in places and a mixture of lawn and patio. The pool itself has ladder access. The ground floor bedroom and shower room doors are 76cm wide. There are 18 steps to the first floor.
