The front door has a width of 150cm and other doors that access the pool area is the kitchen door which is 110cm wide. Paths from the villa to the pool are 200cm wide, the grounds are flat and the pool has roman steps to enter. The covered terrace has one step down to the uncovered terrace which goes up to the pool side. The pool has a small step round it. The widest bedroom door on the ground floor is 65cm wide and the widest bathroom door on the ground floor is 86cm wide which is the ensuite shower room.
