There is a steep road to get to the villa from the parking area. To access the villa there is a path which is 160cm wide. The front door has a width of 84cm, whilst the door to the terrace is also 84cm wide. The terrace is open-plan with a mixture of flooring, including crazy paving which can be uneven, tiles and decking. The pool itself has ladder access. There are a number of single steps around the terrace area. Inside, there is 1 step to get into the kitchen from the lounge. Bedroom 1 has a door width of 78cm, whilst the shower room door is only 54cm wide.
