The path to the villa is 260cm wide with 1 step to the front door which has a width of 80cm, other access doors are also 80cm wide. The path from the villa to the pool area is 135cm wide with a step measuring 23cm in height from the villa to the outdoor dining area and another step measuring 18cm in height from the dining terrace to the pool area. The pool itself has Roman steps access. Inside the villa, the kitchen is accessed via a door 138cm wide, and the lounge is accessed by a door 80cm wide. The ground floor bathroom has an entrance 70cm wide.
