The highlight of this beautiful Cypriot three-bedroom villa is the spectacular sea view from the master bedroom. Opening out onto a private patio, there are uninterrupted views over the Latchi coastline. Latchi Marina View has beautiful grounds with a bordering wall, topped by bright pink bougainvillea and a wrought iron gate. Situated in a peaceful cul-de-sac, this villa celebrates outdoor living. The pool area is flat and the garden area gently slopes downhill. The widest bedroom door on the ground floor is 73cm wide and the widest bath/shower room door on the ground floor is 63cm wide.
