To access the villa there is an open path which is 90cm with one step. The front door has a width of 90cm whilst other access doors have a width of 160cm. The outside is majority wooden deck with uneven surfaces and partially covered with artificial grass, there is one step towards the pool area. To access the pool area there is 8 steps, there is also an additional 6 steps towards a separate area of the patio. Inside the villa, both bedrooms have a door with of 69cm wide whilst the shower room has a door with of 58cm.
