The ground floor is on one level, fully tiled, and includes a separate WC. The kitchen door is 80cm wide, and the lounge entrance is 110cm wide. The first floor is reached by a staircase with 18 steps and is also on one level. The master bedroom has a 70cm-wide door, and the ensuite bathroom door is also 70cm wide. There are no bathtubs in the villa, only showers. The first floor includes a balcony, accessible via one step. The exterior of the villa is fully tiled, including the pool area and terraces. From the lounge patio doors, there is one step out to the terrace and an additional step down to the pool terrace.
