To access the villa there is a path which is 100cm wide alongside 6 steps. The front door has a width of 93cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 80cm wide. The path to the poolside is 100cm wide. The terrace is a mixture of lawn and tiles. The tiled area is flat, however there are steps down to the lawned area and the seating area. Inside, there are no ground floor bedrooms. There are 20 steps to the first floor where the double bedroom door is 70cm wide, and the bathroom door is 67cm wide.
