The large covered terrace in an elevated position overlooking the pool is a fantastic spot to recharge your batteries and really wind down. Take a dip in the beautiful swimming pool to cool off, or challenge the kids to a ping pong and pool tournament to get those competitive juices flowing. Cala en Forcat is a couple of minutes’ drive away with a good choice of bars, restaurants and play areas for the kids, whilst a little further in the opposite direction Ciutadella is well worth a visit to get a true feel of a Spanish town. The front door has a width of 88cm whilst other access doors have a width of 150cm. The outside is an open tiled terrace which has uneven tiles. The width of the pool path is 300cm wide, the pool itself has step access. Inside the villa, all the bedrooms and shower rooms have a door width of 70cm. There are 6 steps from the ground floor to the fist floor.
