To access the villa the path is 100cm wide with 2 steps up to the villa. The front door has a width of 60cm, other access doors are 70cm wide. The path from the villa to the pool area is 70cm wide and there is 1 step to reach the pool area. The pool itself has Roman steps access. Inside the villa, there is one bedroom on the ground floor, its door is 65cm wide. There is also a shower room on this level with a door measuring 77cm wide. The living and dining space is open plan and is accessed directly from the front door. To reach the first floor there are 20 steps.
