The villa sits on a hill within the resort. To access the villa there is a path which is 200cm wide. The front door has a width of 78cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 200cm wide. The outside area is flat and tiled, whilst the pool itself has step access with a handrail for support. There are no bedrooms on the ground floor. There are 16 steps to the first floor where the twin bedroom and shower room doors are 72cm wide.
