The front door has a width of 72cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 78cm wide. When exiting the villa via the patio doors, there are two steps down to the pool area. The remainder of the terrace is flat and tiled with an additional lawn area. The pool itself has step access. This is a ground-floor property. All bedrooms have a door width of 70m, whilst all bathrooms also have a door width of 70cm.
