To access the villa there is a path which is 106cm wide alongside 7 steps. The front door has a width of 95cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 80cm wide. The pool is on a lower ground floor level. The pool itself has ladder access. The terrace is tiled, however not always flat in places. There are 5 steps to the hot tub area. Inside, from the hallway to the kitchen/bedroom, there are 12 internal steps. There are 19 steps to the other floor.
