The front door has a width of 133cm and other doors that access the pool area are the patio doors from the lounge which are 88cm wide. Paths from the villa to the pool area are 120cm wide, the villa grounds are flat and the pool has roman steps to enter. The grounds are flat, there are two steps down to the pool area and the ramp access is over the grass area. The widest bedroom door on the ground floor is 83cm wide which is the twin room and the widest bathroom door on the ground floor is 79cm wide which is the ensuite which has a 12cm step up into the shower.
