The ground floor is surrounded by bi-fold patio doors which open up to lead you to the generous landscaped private garden and pool/BBQ/kitchen area outside. Inside, the ground floor bedroom has a door width of 68cm, whilst the shower room door is 64cm wide. There are 19 steps to the first floor.
