The front door has a width of 74cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 118cm wide. The villa grounds are flat and tiled. There is a small lip over the patio doors leading to the terrace. This is a ground-floor property however there are 2 steps between bedroom 2 and the ensuite. Bedrooms 1 & 2 have a door width of 70cm, whilst all bathrooms have a door width of 68cm.
