To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 120cm wide, there is a path to the pool which is 200cm wide. The outside grounds are flat and tiled. The pool has a ladder, there are no steps. There are no bedrooms or bathrooms on the ground floor level. There are 20 steps leading to the first floor.
