To access the villa there is a path which is 100cm wide alongside 19 steps. The front door has a width of 100cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 90cm wide. The terrace is open-plan, flat and tiled with a lawn area. The pool has ladder access. Inside, the villa is split over 3 levels.
