The front door has a width of 140cm, whilst the door to the terrace is also 140cm wide. The terrace is open-plan, flat and tiled, with a single small step down from the shaded seating area to the poolside. The pool itself has step access. The ground floor bedrooms and bathrooms have a door width of 70cm. There are 17 steps to the first floor.
