There are no steps to the villa, and a ramp is available for step-free access. Other access doors, including those to the terrace and pool area, are 140cm wide. The path to the pool is 128cm wide, and the surrounding grounds are flat. The pool features both Roman steps and ramp access. Inside, the villa is on a single level with no internal steps or changes in height. Bedroom 1 has an en-suite bathroom with an open-plan layout. The sink and bath are part of the bedroom, while the toilet and shower are separated by a sliding door with a width of 62cm. All bedroom doors measure 129cm wide. Access to all 4 toilets in the main villa have sliding doors which open 62cm.
