To access the villa there is a path which is 146cm wide alongside 16 steps. The front door has a width of 89cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 122cm wide. Outside, there are 4 steps down to the sunbathing area, and a further 4 steps down to the pool area. The terrace is open-plan. The pool itself has step access. All bedrooms have a door width of 78cm, whilst all bathrooms have a door width of 67cm. There are 29 steps to the first floor.
