To access the villa there is a path which is 120cm wide alongside 1 step. The front door has a width of 79cm, whilst the door to the terrace is also 79cm wide. The pool area is crazy paved which can be uneven. There is a slight slope and 8 steps in total to the poolside. The path to the pool area is also crazy paved and 120cm wide, with grass either side. The pool itself has ladder access. Most rooms are located on the ground floor, however this villa does feature a lower ground floor shower room, and a fourth bedroom in a lower ground floor annex. All bedrooms have a door width of 79cm, whilst all bathrooms have a door width of 65cm. There are 8 steps to the lower ground floor.
