The outside area is flat, whilst the path over the lawn, to the pool is 70cm wide. This is best seen in the images. The dining area is tiled, whilst the pool is surrounded by a lawn. There is a small step up into the pool. This is a ground-floor villa. There is one step from the kitchen to the twin bedroom and shower room. Both bedrooms have a door width of 80cm, whilst the bathroom doors are 75cm wide.
