The front door has a width of 160cm. This is also the door to the terrace and poolside. The terrace has difference surfaces, with very small height differences between them. The ceramic tiled terrace is one level, the artificial grass is slightly raised, whilst the block paved footpath is also a very slightly different level. The pool itself has ladder access. The downstairs bedroom and shower room doors are 70cm wide. There are 18 steps to the first floor.
