From the covered parking area there are 20 steps leading to the property. To access the villa there is a path which is 90cm wide, the front door is 80cm wide. The lounge and kitchen/dining room doors are 100cm wide, the living area is open plan. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 180cm wide, the path to the pool is 120cm wide. The outside grounds are flat, even and tiled however there are 5 steps leading to this area. The pool has steps and ladder access. The ground floor bedroom doors are 60cm wide and the ground floor bathroom door is 50cm wide, this is a shower type bathroom.
