The front door has a width of 80cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 159cm wide. The lower ground floor can be accessed by a ramp from the driveway. The ground floor is accessed via steps only. The terrace is spacious and tiled. The pool is on the lower floor, whilst an external staircase with 16 steps leads from the ground floor to the poolside. The ground floor double and twin bedrooms have a door width of 79cm, whilst the shower room door is 70cm wide. There are 18 internal steps to the lower ground floor where the twin bedroom and shower room doors are 70cm wide.
