The front door has a width of 73cm and the other doors that accesses the pool area is the back door which is 74cm wide. Paths from the villa to the pool area are 74cm wide and the grounds are on different levels, there are 14 steps leading to the pool and terrace area. Internally there are 15 steps leading to the first floor. All the bedrooms have a door width of 86cm and all the bathrooms have a door width of 67cm. Internally, there are 2 steps to access the ground floor bathroom and 1 bedroom, then a further 2 steps to access the 2nd bedroom. There are 3 steps into the kitchen area.
