To access the villa there is a path which is 86cm wide alongside 24 steps. The front door has a width of 86cm, whilst the door to the terrace is also 86cm wide. Outside, there are 6 steps down to the poolside terrace. The pool itself has step access and is surrounded by decking and artificial grass. There are no washrooms on the ground floor, only a WC. There are 17 steps to the first floor. The master bedroom door is 70cm wide, whilst the ensuite door is also 70cm wide.
