The front door has a width of 89cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 108cm wide. The poolside is flat and tiled, whilst there is a small lip over the patio doors. There are however steps down to the garden/lawn area. Inside, the ground floor bedroom door is 72cm wide, whilst the shower room door is 70cm wide. There are 16 steps to the first floor. We have been advised that these are extremely efficient and act similar to a portable AC unit. We've been advised that adding A/C would not enhance the temperature any further.
