To access the villa there is a path which is 80cm wide, leading to 3 steps to the front door, the front door is 75cm wide. The kitchen/dining room doors are 100cm wide, the living area is open plan. To access the pool/terrace area there is a door which is 100cm wide, there is a step down from the patio doors to the terrace area, the path to the pool is 100cm wide. The outside grounds are flat and even, the pool/terrace grounds are of wooden decking and the garden grounds are grassed with mature trees and shrubbery. The pool has steps, there is no handrail. The bedroom doors are 75cm wide and the bathroom door is 65cm wide, this is a shower type bathroom.
